Our boxes ship on a quarterly cycle. You can expect your boxes to ship by the 10th day of March, June, September, and December.
No, we do not currently offer shipping outside of the United States.
In order to cancel a subscription, please reach out to sales@channelfireball.com and our Customer Service team will assist you. If you provide them with the name, subscription number, and email address attached to your account they will be able to cancel your order for you. Please note that if you cancel your subscription yourself on the customer page, it will only cancel your future shipments and not the current box.
